Use this page for help with your account, AI limits, privacy, data export, account deletion, notifications, predictions, entries and safe use of Neia AI.
We are not a medical emergency service
Neia does not replace medical care. If you have severe pain, very heavy bleeding, fever, fainting, a suspected ectopic pregnancy, thoughts of self-harm or new and worrying symptoms, seek medical help or local emergency services immediately. In Portugal and the European Union, call 112 in an emergency.

Target response time: 2 to 5 working days.
For your safety, don't send intimate symptoms, cycle dates, personal notes, medical photos or detailed health information by email. If you need to report a bug, send only your account email, the app version, your phone, its operating system and what happened.
Account and access
- Check that your email is spelt correctly and look in your spam folder.
- If the confirmation code has expired, ask for a new one in the app.
- If you can't sign in, tell us your account email and the error you see.
- Never share your password, access codes or personal keys with support.
Free use and the message limit
Neia is currently free and includes 100 messages a month with Neia AI. The counter in the app shows how many messages you have left. When you reach the limit, you can keep logging and viewing your data, and talk to the AI again the following month.
No subscriptions or purchases are available at this stage. If you see a message asking you to wait a few seconds, you have only hit the rate limit: wait for the time shown and try again. Neia never asks for card details by email.
Data export and deletion
In the app, open Profile to request an export of your data or delete your account. These rights are free. Deletion may require strong confirmation to avoid accidental requests.

AI, predictions and entries
Neia AI explains your cycle based on your entries, but it does not diagnose, confirm illness or guarantee fertility, and it must not be used as a method of contraception. If a prediction looks wrong, review your period dates, average cycle length, symptoms and recent entries.
Before you get in touch
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Close the app and open it again.
- Check that you have a stable internet connection.
- If it's a network error, try again after a few minutes.
